With more than 40 years of design experience in Product Design and Master Planning, D33 Design and Planning Inc. strives for excellent customer relationships with an emphasis on service and delivery in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Our name stems from our location, in which the “D” stands for Designing and 33 derives from the earth’s 33rd Latitude.

Our practice focuses on innovative solutions for a full array of housing types including single family detached, high density cluster housing, and multi-family housing for families and seniors, including affordable housing, up to 180+ du per acre.
